TPD Chamber 1
This ultrahigh vacuum chamber is primarily used for temperature-programmed desorption experiments and operates at a base pressure of about 1×10-10 Torr and is equipped with a UTI quadrupole mass spectrometer that is under computer control and capable of monitoring up to fifteen masses sequentially.
